Located in upstate New York, Tattoos By Lisa Tattoo School is a certified NewYork State licensed school as well as health department approved tattoo facility.
Lisa has been teaching students since 2003. |
| Our intensive 2-week program is completely "hands-on" which means you will be performing actual tattoos on our school models.
